A 2 bedroom city sanctuary where each room celebrates a different colour and evokes a different mindset. The brief is a contemporary, urban space with a focus on locally designed feature elements.

One must have from the client was a home office with a fluid and customisable backdrop for the ever increasing number of video calls. As an architect, it gave them the opportunity to play and decorate to suit the aesthetic of upcoming meetings or the mood of the day.

Lighting also plays an important role in transforming the apartment spaces at night. Working from home, the client wanted to experience a calming environment once out of the home office. The various pendants, lamps and sconces add a dramatic change of mood to encourage winding down after a long day.
